First time customer, and I will go back if need be! Wasn’t sure why laptop wasn’t charging, as I’d had a few issues. Hoping it was only the power cord. After explaining problems and some testing, simple fix! Just the charger and I was able to get a brand replacement right there at a fair price. Nice people, too!
